A. From SaaS Owners (Our Users)

B. From Your Customers (End Users)
To facilitate the WhatsApp automation service, our system processes and stores data belonging to your customers. This includes phone numbers (E.164 format), display names, chat history (text and media), and associated metadata.
Important: You, as the SaaS Owner, act as the "Data Controller" for your customers' data. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your contacts to process and store their messaging data in accordance with applicable local laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
- Data Segregation: All user data is logically separated inside our secure database infrastructure to ensure strict data isolation and privacy between individual accounts. Mediated assets are hosted securely in restricted environments.
- Encryption: Passwords and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted in transit using robust security protocols (SSL/TLS).
4. AI Data Processing
We integrate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter, utilizing models like Google Gemini or Alibaba Qwen) solely to assist you in drafting outgoing campaign templates.
We do NOT send incoming chat messages from your customers to these third-party AI models. Your customers' private conversations remain strictly within the WaQtor database. Additionally, we do not use any of your data to train AI models. Data sent to tool providers like OpenRouter may be subject to their temporary data retention policies.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. For billing purposes, data may be shared with secure payment gateways (such as Stripe) once implemented.
